BBC6’s Tom Ravenscroft has kindly asked The Doomed Bird of Providence to record a few Christmas songs for his Friday night show. One song, an interpretation of Gower Wassail was played on Friday 16th (listen here until the 23rd). The other song is a new ‘Christmas at sea’ style song written by the band.
